Weave + Leave - Weave Your Own Pouch in One Session

$150.00
Sold Out

Show up, weave, go home with something amazing you made yourself.

This face-to-face beginner class skips straight to the good stuff. You'll weave a length of cloth on a ready-to-go loom using upcycled yarn, giving new life to cloth that would otherwise go to waste. Then you'll walk out the door with a finished, fully lined zip pouch made entirely from your own weaving. The Sewing Fairy handles all the fiddly finishing. You just weave, whip up a tassel and make it yours.

What’s included:

  • A prepared loom ready for your arrival

  • All yarn and supplies

  • Sewn finishing with lining and zip

  • A one-of-a-kind woven pouch to keep or gift

Location:

  • Workplayhouse Studio, 21 Leonard St Northcote. Enter via blue houndstooth door

  • Richmond Neighbourhood Centre, The Stables, 19 Duke St, Richmond.

Duration: 3 hours
Cost: $150 per participant
Bring: Just yourself and a snack if you like. All materials will be supplied.
